The MX-CN-0020-G model is a true best value when it comes to 20QT Commercial Kitchen Mixers. For a lesser-expensive import-brand model, they are as reliable as it gets. We've been selling this model for 7 years and these units are FULLY approved for national US Commercial use via its DUAL ETL Certification for both Electrics and Sanitation (meets NSF standards). A full line of parts is readily available if ever needed however provided you operate this mixer in accordance with the Capacity Chart packaged inside, you should not expect any issues whatsoever.
This Gear-driven model has 3 Speeds and comes with all 3 major accessories: a Dough Hook, a Flat Beater and a Wire Whip along with a Stainless Steel Bowl and a safety guard. Additionally, this unit comes with an industry-standard #12 Power Hub, which will allow you to operate special attachments such as a Meat Grinder, a Cheese Shredder/Grater and a Vegetable Slicer (sold separately). Finally this mixer has an extremely powerful 1.5hp motor, which compares favorably with other mixers of this size.
This heavy-duty unit weighs 275lbs and uses standard 110V electrics to easily plug into any home or commercial kitchen. While this unit is NOT RATED for Thin or Medium Pizza Dough, it is rated for up to 10lb batches of THICK (60% A/R Ratio) Pizza Dough. The following capacity limits apply to other dough types: Cakes, Sugar Cookies and Pie Dough = 14-16lbs, Heavy breads and Rolls and Whole Wheat Dough = 10-12lbs, Mashed Potatoes = 12lbs, Icing = 9lbs. Figures include total dough weight including flour, water and all other ingredients and vary depending upon Absorption Ratio, type of flour used and temperature of water.

EVERY item has a specific "Handling Time" listed. Handling Time represents the time it takes from your payment being cleared to the item actually shipping out the warehouse door. On most items this Handling Period is only 1-2 days however for certain items, especially ones that are custom made for you, this handling time can be as long as several weeks. As such, pay EXTRA attention to the Handling Time field before making any purchases.
Most of our large and/or heavy items ship on a pallet via FREIGHT truck. These items require YOU to provide the manpower or equipment to take the item off the back of the truck from the curb and into your desired location. If you do not have the manpower or equipment, you will require the LIFTGATE DELIVERY OPTION, which normally costs -75 extra, and allows the freight carrier to bring a smaller truck with motorized attachment on the back to lower your pallet down to the curb. Also keep in mind Freight Carriers charge extra for: 1. Residential Delivery = -100 extra 2. Limited Access = -75 extra for delivery to schools/churches/farms and strip malls
