    Custom Roller Chain Idler Pulley / Tensioner Assembly
    Double Chain Sprocket:
    -  For #40-2 double 1/2" pitch chain
    -  24 teeth
    -  96 mm diameter to the center of the chain pin in the cradle
    -  Bore machined to 37mm for two SKF 61904-2RS1 bearings
    Adjustment Assembly:
    -  Base plate dimensions 264 x 120 mm
    -  Thick portion of base plate is 12 mm thick
    -  Thin
    portion of base plate is 6 mm thick
    -  M8x1 (x6) mounting holes on the thin portion
    -  Mounting holes 50 mm short-way
    -  Mounting holes spaced 60 mm equally spaced long-way
