    Description

    The Central Restaurant CHP-36 is a heavy duty 36" hot plate. The hot plate provides higher performance with 25,000 BTUs per burner. Burners give you the maximum in gas range features without an oven and easy burner has it's own adjustable pilot. Extended cool to the touch front edge for added safety. Removable, easy to clean full width stainless steel grease catch pan cuts down clean up time! Adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs. All units are shipped natural gas, but are easily converted to LP with included conversion kit.
