As per EPA requirements:
A copy of your EPA 609 Certificate or a signed statement of resale will be required at payment. You need to be EPA Certified to purchase refrigerant cfc 12, or, if you intend to resell them to an EPA certified technician for installation, please either, email me a copy of your 609 certificate, or, fill out the statement below, cut and paste, and email it to me through the Ebay.
